Why does one kit include a Muse headband and the other doesn't?

You have the option to purchase the Muse headband separately from InteraXon/Muse, Amazon, or a similar retailer. If you already own a compatible Muse headband, you can choose to order a Myndlift kit without the headband.

Which Muse models are compatible with Myndlift?

Myndlift is compatible with the Original Muse (2016 model: MU-02), Muse 2 (model: MU-03), and Muse S. For more detailed information, please refer to this article.

How long does my kit take to ship?

Our standard shipping time is 7-21 business days. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Occasionally, there may be delays for reasons beyond our control. In addition, please note that countries have their own customs regulations, and we are unable to predict or cover any additional delivery charges. What is the return /cancellation policy?

How does the warranty work?
